About Us

There are three companies involved in running Queenswood Gardens  Queenswood Gardens Ltd, Queenswood Management Association Ltd and Jennings & Barrett.

Queenswood Gardens Ltd (QGL) owns the freehold of Queenswood Gardens and is the “lessor” mentioned in the lease.

Queenswood Management Association Ltd (QMAL) is responsible for keeping the common areas of Queenswood Gardens in good order and for their repair and maintenance, as and when required. It is referred to as “the Company” in the lease.

Jennings & Barrett manage the surveyors to QGL and are managing agents to QMAL, handling day-to-day supervision of all repair and maintenance work, and collection of service charges.
