Terms & Conditions

I accept that a visitor’s parking permit issued to me does not guarantee that a parking place will be available to my visitors at all times, nor that they are entitled to use any specific parking space.

I accept that if my visitor’s vehicle is a commercial vehicle, and it remains in Queenswood Gardens between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am., it must be parked in the commercial vehicle bay. If it is parked in any other parking bay, it may be given a parking charge.

I acknowledge that if my visitor’s vehicle is parked in Queenswood Gardens without displaying a permit prominently in the front windscreen, or with a permit that is partly obscured or altered, the visitor will be liable to pay the parking charge as set from time to time by UK Parking Control Ltd or their authorised agents.

I accept that my visitors’ parking permits may be revoked at any time if they are used with intent to mislead Queenswood Management Association Ltd, UK Parking Control Ltd or their authorised agents

I accept that my visitors may only park in a bay at Queenswood Gardens for a maximum period of 72 hours, and may not return to Queenswood Gardens within 48 hours after leaving.

I agree to abide by such other terms & conditions as may be introduced, in accordance with the terms of the lease, for the effective management of car parking at Queenswood Gardens.

I agree to ensure that my visitors abide by the parking terms and conditions, as shown on notices erected by UKPC, QMAL or such other third party authorised by QMAL, and accept that a breach of any term or condition may result in a liability for a parking charge.

I agree to the details I have provided above being held by Queenswood Management Association Ltd and Hull & Co, and shared with UK Parking Control Ltd or their authorised agents, and that all details may be kept in accordance with QMAL’s GDPR policies until such time as any permits issued are declared to be lost or surrendered for cancellation.
